So happy to hear from you! Unfortunately my Westie "Mr Mo" passed away three years ago. We still had "Mrs Mo" aka "Kalohe", but opted to leave her with our daughter when we relocated here to Stuttgart--Kalohe's age was a factor as she is getting on in years.
Here in the Stuttgart area, I see many folks walking their Westies. Germany is certainly "dog" friendly...we see people with them in the malls, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. HA!...do you think we could get away with that in the States? NOT! If I hear of anyone that has a Westie available, I will certainly let you know.
